Microsoft no longer supports Internet Explorer. If you are having trouble seeing your photos please use the current version of Google Chrome, Safari, or FireFox. This should solve most issues you are having.

I don't have a username.
We no longer have usernames on the cards we give you when your photos are taken. You just have to type in your password.

I lost my password
Please, fill out a Customer Service Request, by clicking on Customer Service and one of our representatives will help you.

I can't find my photos
Please, fill out a Customer Service Request, by clicking onCustomer Service and one of our representatives will help you find them. Be sure you are entering you password correctly. Your password will be 6 digits, (Example 010101).

Can I pay only 1 shipping charge for multiple orders?
Yes, when you log in enter all your passwords separated by a comma. (Example: 010101,990101). There is also an "add password" box after you log in.

Why was my order shipped to an old address?
When you click checkout and you are re-directed to the PayPal website for payment. The first thing on the screen is "shipping address" If this is wrong you will need to update it. If orders ship to the wrong address and are return to us, we will have to charge you shipping to send the order back to the correct address.

Can you personalize a photo?
Yes, after you select your print, click on the selection Personalize My Photo. In comments, give us the the following: Image number, print sizes you would like personalized, text / font style, font size and color you would like. This will be placed on the bottom of your image.

Can you crop a photo?
Yes, for product & holiday card orders. Select the image you would like, select the product, click View Picture In Items and click the continue button. You will be able to zoom and shift your image as desired. If you are ordering a print you will not have this option, but please add special instructions and we will do this for you.

Can you lighten/darken my photo?
Yes, we check every photo for the best quality before we print it. You may also add special instructions if you would like.

Can images be retouched?
Yes, please select the size prints you would like to order. Then select the ADD ON "Retouch" (head swaps, touch ups etc.) for $25. After you click on Checkout, enter special instructions as to what you would like done. If you order more than one image and only want retouching on one image or different retouching, make sure you put that image number in your special instructions. We will contact you if this is the case. NOTE: The retouching fee $25 is per image ordered. Make sure the qty in the retouching selection is the same as the number of prints needing retouching.

Will the watermark appear on my photo when I receive it?
No, this is only on our website, your photo will not have a watermark on it.

When will I receive my order?
Your order will ship within 5-7 business days via USPS. Receipt is dependant on your location. (See our shipping policy) Note: photos and products will be shipped separately.
Note: Orders outside the USA we can not give an exact timeframe once it gets to that countries postal service.

How long will my photos be available online?
Your photos will be available for at least 14 days. However, we keep all images archived. Fill out a Customer Service Request, by clicking on Customer Service and one of our representatives will help you find them and place your order.

Can I still order photos after they have been archived?
Yes, please fill out a Customer Service Request, by clicking on Customer Service and one of our representatives will help you find them and place your order.

Can I purchase a .jpg file of my photo(s)?
Yes, We offer USB Drives with all your families images on it. On the check out screen under the check out button, click on "add comment" and enter all your image numbers. We will put them all on the drive for you. Image sizes are usually 1-3mb, all suitable to print most size prints.

Can I purchase a CD of my photo(s)?
We no longer offer the images on CD, We offer USB Drives with all your families images on it. On the check out screen under the check out button, click on "add comment" and enter all your image numbers. We will put them all on the drive for you. Image sizes are usually 1-3mb, all suitable to print most size prints.

USB Refunds
We will not issue refunds on any digital packages. This includes USBs and emailed images. If your USB is defective we will replace it at no charge. We may ask for the defective to be returned, to send to our supplier, but you will be reimbursed for the shipping cost.

USB Packages
A USB Package includes all your families photos from the day of the event you attended.
These would be your family ONLY. If there are multiple families in the photos, the other family(s) would need to purchase a USB with their photos on it. The USB includes a PDF personal use license that allows you to use the photos personally how you would like.

What will the size of the Digital Images be?
Image sizes vary as we do use a few different model cameras. Image sizes are usually 1-3mb, all suitable to print most size prints. Dimensions approx. 2000 x 3000 to 3000 x 4000 RGB

How do I contact Customer Service?
Fill out a Customer Service Request, by clicking on Customer Service and one of our representatives will help you. Be sure to put details of your request or problem, so we can help you faster.

Do you offer Graphic Design Services?
Yes, we have a graphic designer on staff. Click on Request a Quote and let us know what you need.

Is the pricing in Canadian Dollars or US Dollars?
All pricing on the website is in US Dollars. Conversion to Canadian will be done through your bank or credit card company.

What is the delivery time for Canadian Orders?
Generally it is taking 2-3 weeks for orders to arrive to Canadian destinations. Please order accordingly. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over shipping time once it gets into Canada.
